How can AI help manage product information in an online store?
AI automatically synchronises product information across your online store, ERP, PIM and marketplaces. When you change a product’s price in the ERP, it is updated in every channel. AI can also enrich raw data by generating descriptions, importing images and completing missing data fields. The result: your product information is always accurate, everywhere.
Are AI solutions suitable for smaller companies too?
Almost everyone uses AI in their daily work. Smaller and more technically capable clients may be able to manage independently. We step in when a more critical system or automation is involved and mistakes would be particularly costly.

Does AI make mistakes — and what happens when it does?
We account for the fact that AI can hallucinate. AI is like a wild mustang that must be tamed and trained to pull a carriage. That is why we recommend entrusting high-responsibility AI solutions — especially those connected directly to product, customer or order data — to an expert instead of experimenting on your own. We are not tied to a single model, and we have created control mechanisms to prevent errors.
