Appreciating the quality of Estonian timber and bringing great domestic products to foreign markets is a matter of heart for Garendhouse24.
In three years, Gardenhouse24 has successfully expanded into ten countries with the support of its e-store, and currently delivers more than 3,000 garden houses a year to Europe, USA and Australia.
Our first contact with the Gardenhouse24 team was in 2021, when we were having a coffee and evaluating how to make an existing Magento store technically scalable. The client’s team had a very ambitious growth plan and the implemented solution had successfully fulfilled its initial role as a market opener, but the technical code base of the existing store needed optimization and adaptation to the business processes.
First, we optimised the speed of the page and improved the code base to withstand heavy loads on different continents and to avoid subsequent duplicate fixes when creating store versions for other markets. Then automation was undertaken and the e-store was interfaced with the Erply real-time business software, with the scopes for different countries interfaced with different Erply accounts.
Along with the company’s expansion, work will continue to ensure the sustainability of the solution and to anticipate performance issues. CDM (Content Delivery Network) has been introduced for more distant markets. Of course, we are also constantly improving the user-friendliness of the site in response to customer feedback, as well as country-specific solutions (translations, customisations, etc.).
We continue to support Gardenhouse in growing its business and thank them for their trust and cooperation!

“Lumav’s hands-on experience in creating high-traffic international stores has paid off. I wish I’d found them sooner.”
